NSP APPLICATION PROCESS

How to purchase a NSP home:

• Complete the NSP Eligibility Process (see steps below)
• Select a home from the available Cobb County NSP inventory homes
• Have your agent contact the home's listing agent to submit a contract on the home
• Complete the 8-hour HUD approved homebuyer education course
• Close on the home
• CELEBRATE!

NSP Eligibility Process

All buyers wishing to purchase a Cobb County NSP home MUST meet all eligibility requirements and submit all required documentation. The NSP Eligibility Process is a simple 4-step process. Please read and complete each document in its entirety and submit directly to the NSP Office (information provided below) in the order requested.
