How to purchase a NSP home: NSP Eligibility Process

All buyers wishing to purchase a Cobb County NSP home MUST meet all eligibility requirements and submit all required documentation. The NSP Eligibility Process is a simple 4-step process. Please read and complete each document in its entirety and submit directly to the NSP Office (information provided below) in the order requested.

Please also review and print the following documents to assist you with the program's eligibility requirements and process. If you are planning on participating in our program, you are required to read the Frequently Asked Questions document as it provides information that will be very beneficial to you in working with our program. Participating buyers must sign and submit the acknowledgement page of the FAQs document, verifying that they have read and understand all items covered in the document.
